A Pyro Tennis server.

I'm thinking of making a custom map built for pyro tennis. All I need is the program, and I should be well on my way. Once I make it I will give a link to the download for it. The server would need to run a 100% crits plugin for playing with crockets, and a jail chamber for those who interrupt on purpose, and it will put them on display for all to see their idiocy until they agree to peacefully play. The server would also have to run a class limits plugin allowing only pyros and soldiers for the server as the courts would have constant resupply.

I am currently learning how to use the hammer editor in Source SDK.
Edit: I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing so I'll try to find someone who has a good idea of what they're doing to create it.
Edit 2: I found a good map that can have multiple tennis games on it if there are people willing to work with what they have, but it has lots of griefing potential. It needs everyone to work together, but is a great map which unfortunately has even greater potential for griefers.It even has a tunnel for the rockets to be going through.
