Question!?!?!??!

When I click on someone's profile page, it shows this image and I was just curious what it was and if it would be fixed any time soon.
EDIT: The image above now appears to be fixed. It is a dark rectangle and apparently was very small but when it put the "Bandwidth Exceeded" image it messed up the alignment of the page slightly and looked weird.

It appears that the mysterious "Bandwidth Exceeded" images are back! And it is extremely hard to read the white on white text that is there.It should just fix itself like it did before...
