Find a way to reduce lag!

If you have played on the RG server recently, you may have noticed a TON of lag, I believe this may be Xenon Servers' fault because they don't offer that great of servers any way. I know it is not Exsto (the fancy chat and admin tool we use) it was updated recently or ULX as it was removed. The only way I can think to fix this problem is to get another server host, but that is very expensive to get a high quality server. So to all of you that read this: DONATE, get VIP and be Awesome!

EDIT: I've been trolling the Xenonservers' forums and found this thread. Apparently all Xenonservers are being laggy for certain people, the problem has not been found and therefore cannot be resolved.
All other users seem to have had excellent experience with Xenonservers and I might be wrong to have blamed them without properly looking into the source of the problem. Hopefully the lag will be fixed in the upcoming days.

EDIT2: More Trolling resulted to this thread and this post at FacePunch. The source of the lag could be that the server is hosted on the same box as an extremely popular box a way to fix could be request to find out which box the server is on, what else the box is running and how popular that server is. If it is the other server causing lag, request a server move (just move to a different box).

Ok... If you want to reduce lag, call Xenon Servers, and tell them to cancel everyone else`s server.

Well, since Raul got tired of trying to run the Garry's Mod server, he has desired to get a TeamFortress 2 server. So the lag problem will be fixed on the note that the server will be shut down at the end of the month.
No server = No Lag
But the TeamFortress 2 Addons that Raul has on his server are extremely less laggy and you don't really even know that they are there so there definitely wont be a lag problem with that server.
